About TJD Senior Programs

Our senior programs are built to promote mobility, strength, balance, and social connection. We offer senior yoga, strength & conditioning, fall prevention training, chair volleyball, and senior pickleball clinics tailored specifically for active older adults.

Every session is thoughtfully designed with safety, accessibility, and enjoyment in mind. Our coaches create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and builds confidence.
